Sunwater is QLD’s primary water service provider, making the most of the available water supply for QLD agriculture, urban and industrial customers. Operating 365 days a year to deliver to customers, Sunwaters new workplace environment needed to provide an agility that supported a responsive workforce. The new workplace located within Fortitude Valley has been developed based on 5 primary objectives:
A connected community, connected open and transparent connecting Sunwater people to the wider regions they support
Expressive of the Sunwater personality, genuinely reflecting regional QLD, a sensible and appropriate environment functional demonstrative of what Sunwater do

The new environment spans 1.5 floors and connected through inter-tenancy stairs accommodating 250 people with the ability to grow the business through the adoption of agile work practices
The new environment supported a significant transformation shift with employees moving from traditional enclosed work practices to a new agile workplace.
