With a long established working relationship and performance record GroupGSA were engaged to re-engineer Nestlé’s Rhodes based operations. Our role was to re-evaluate and engineer the workplace planning model to more appropriately reflect current workpractice. GroupGSA devised a more efficient outcome that facilitated additional accommodation for new group businesses.
A feature of the revitalised workplace is the migration from cafeteria style staff amenity to multifunctional communal hubs model that supports casual breakout, spontaneous business lounge and team meeting spaces.
At the building’s main reception the public space has been activated with a café operation that also provides a platform for brand and product display.
