The project focussed around developing a 4.5 Star resort on the island of NaNaNui Ra, off the northern coast of Vitu Levu in Fiji. Designed in the master plan as a Hilton, it was to link in with a wider Fijian tourism strategy of key properties for Hilton International.

Logistically, due to the island’s topography and remoteness, the master plan and project scheme were predicated on pre-fabricated construction methodologies and involved delivery to site through barge and container transport.
