Discovery Point is a substantial residential, mixed-use master plan created by Australand to deliver high-density residential community ideally located adjacent the new Wolli Creek railway station.
Building 3 is located on the southern edge of the Discovery Point site, along Magdalene Terrace. Adjacent to the future neighbourhood park on its northern facade, there is amenity to the vibrant Retail Village Precinct and railway links beyond. Building 3, the ‘Pavilion in the Park’ consists of retail and service zones on ground, with a mix of one, two and three bedroom units, with majority of two and three bedroom units facing the neighbourhood park. All apartments to the north have views over the Neighbourhood Park. At the lower levels privacy is maintained by providing solid balustrades to balconies. On the higher levels, glazed elements are increased to maximise the surrounding views.
Building 5 is an iconic corner tower of 16 storeys of residential atop a ground floor of retail and lobby space, situated along the western edge of the Discovery Point site. The building is visible from passing commuter trains and will present a positive image of the Discovery Point development. There is a mix of one, two and three bedroom units.
